Soon after purchasing the company emails me directions and says if I have any questions to please email them directly. I receive my package and I get ANOTHER email, asking if I received the package, another directions link and another message! I open the product, play with it a little, find that everything is clearly marked, super sturdy, moves smoothly, and tightens properly. I practice a few test angels and toss it around a bit to see how it’ll handle when dropped. Seems to be an excellent product that I’m super excited to give as gifts. I purchased 3 of these! I responded to the last email I received and I got a response from a REAL person within less than an hour on a Sunday! Hello??!! Does this happen anymore?? Wish there were more companies like this one out there! Sounds like a small family owned company with great morals! The markings appear to be painted on and not etched in.
