If I use the recommended amount of water, turn the cooker off as soon as it beeps, and cool the eggs of in cold water immediately, they are perfect every time, and they’re super easy to peel. I didn’t have much luck with the mini-omelet or just cooking the eggs out of the shell. For the price and the convenience of steaming the eggs in the shell, I am very happy with this.
