I'm a huge skeptic when it comes to one star reviews, I think to myself "That person probably got a lemon. Mine will be just fine." Well think again with this PC, because you're going to blow $1,000 on a piece of crap. Within two weeks of it arriving, the hard drive started to make "the click of death" noise. (Looked up the hard drive they used and it has awful reviews). I got into contact with the Cyberpower's customer service and attempted to RMA the hard drive. A week later I got an email from them saying something along the lines of "We're not going to replace the hard drive because when we received it, we observed a small dent on the outside which voids your warranty, have a nice day." It was completely fine before shipping and adequately protected, I wouldn't put it past them to have made the dent themselves. Unfortunately I didn't have photographic evidence to dispute so I angrily purchased a replacement. Fast forward a few months, when everything on my PC starts to lag like crazy. Take it into a shop for a diagnostic and behold, the DVI port for the graphics card has gone bad. I'm currently stuck in RMA hell with them trying to get that replaced as well. I've had to physically print out multiple forms and go through several departments trying to get them to accept my return. All I can say is that I am never purchasing anything from this retailer ever again.TLDR: Cheap parts, multiple things broken, poor service, all around overpriced. Look elsewhere and stay away from CyberpowerPC.

Earlier this year I bought a refurbished Alienware R7. It had nothing but problems out of the box and dealing with Dell customer service was a struggle. Ultimately I gave up and returned it. After shopping around for alternative systems I stumbled on CyberPower. At first I was reluctant to buy from a lesser known brand but the glowing online reviews convinced me to take a shot. I selected the CyberPower GXi10900CPG as the specs were similar to the R7 I had returned and was also roughly $300 cheaper. I literally could not be happier with my purchase. The system arrived expertly packaged, and to my surprise all of the components are name brand parts (as opposed to the unbranded components of the Alienware). Best of all no bloatware! No brand software, or trial software! Thank you CyberPower for providing the clean system that the majority of us want. 45 days post purchase and my system performs flawlessly. I saved money and I feel like I got a much more solid system vs the Alienware. In my experience smaller companies do not play the numbers games that large companies do. Companies like Dell have so many products and so many customers that they don’t need to give their products the same individual attention that smaller companies must. I’m impressed by the quality of my CyberPower system and if you’re in the market for a gaming machine I’d suggest giving them your serious consideration. This is a great value, but this is certainly not a budget brand.

Other than a little problem with the power cord, a computer that blew my expectations out of the water. with 100fps+ on every game I played so far, this was an incredible purchase. In contrast to some other reviews I love the keyboard and mouse that come with the package. 100% recommend for anybody looking for a semi-beefy computer at a great price.

I ordered this PC only three days ago and I already love it. It was extremely easy to start up and begin running. It is super fast and does everything that I need. I will be streaming through an elgato with this PC. I have the upmost confidence that this will do the job. If you know nothing about computers and are looking for one that will work for you, look no further. Outstanding work CyberpowerPC!

My wife wanted a D.VA themed PC and i ordered this for her, chanhed the LED’s to pink , added a decal and it came out just the way she wanted it! Awesome, runs great and easy to set up plug and play!

Pros: This Cpu is a beast I can keep up with my friend who has a new I7 while we play Destiny 2. And all the other games we play like World of Warships and WOW. The GPU that comes with it is one of the better 1920X1080 cards out there. it was easy to set up and most of the time The lights match my Razor Cormoa Keyboard. I was very suprised to see it came with a top of the line motherboard in the Asus Prime.Cons: There are a few like the Power supply is kinda small only 350W or so. It only came with 8 gigs of ram ( I ordered 4x8 gigs sticks to have quad channel now I reccomend this)In closing I highly recommend Cyberpower they make a good product and and great support. My first Cyberpower Is still kicking but it was showing it age with a AMD 1100T Black edition.

Only have had it for a day but so far it runs great! Four stars because it didn’t come with the AC power cord that was supposed to be included and I had to go to Best Buy and but one myself. Other than that everything seems to be running smooth!

I liked ho w beautiful,quick and awesome the design. I t keeps running games smoothly even after long period of time.absolutely great PC .I would rate this PC 5/5 for overall gaming experience

Computer arrived a couple days before expected which was nice! Sadly one of the little clips was broken off so the case would not open and the box was in rough condition but overall a good pc

Great computer for the price. It arrived really fast, everything looks great. The keyboard and the mouse that come with this computer are nice as well. Runs my games so much smoother than my old PC, and it's quiet too! Finally a good gaming experience; Looking forward to playing more games with it.
