I saw it when it was presented on Shark Tank and, though still skeptical, I decided to order it. I am fussy about my coffee and I've gone through a good number of brewing systems to get what I consider to be a satisfyingly good cup of coffee. Even though I decided on a brewing system & coffee I like, I wasn't fully satisfied with the results. So, I decided I would see if these coffee brewing water packets would help with the situation. I followed the directions for using the packets with a gallon of distilled water and voila! I finally hachieved my goal of having a GREAT cup of coffee!!I highly recommend these and I honestly am no longer skeptical. I find thery do affect the water enough to produce a smooth tasting cup pf coffee. I am acquainted with the guy who came up with it, but he doesn't know I bought any of this, so HEY TAYLOR THIS STUFF ROCKS. My Dad can't stop raving about it. It's almost cartoony, how he gets so excited about the coffee now that we make it with Third Wave Water. It's great. He's even made tea with it and swears by it.
