Take it from a PCOS girl who has been shaving her face every few days since she was 15-16...GET THIS! I expected it to work to some degree but didn't quite believe the painless part. YALL. It feels like nothing! Maybe once or twice I felt a teeny tiny "pinch" but nothing I would consider pain-akin to a super light static shock. And the pinch is from the hair being removed, I should say, not the device pinching me. A razor is technically painless, but I have acne scars on my cheeks from where acne has congregated over the years from irritation and just general razor bacteria.
