Usually every other day. The taste is good; it is a little bland, but I add sea salt or unflavored electrolyte salt to it, which I like. It does not dissolve easily when mixed with a lot of water; it becomes very lumpy and difficult to mix, even with a little hand mixer. However, if you add a little bit of water and then mix it into a smooth paste, then gradually add more water, it mixes well that way.
