Not CARB exempt for California use. ## Description Large Five Layer Performance Air Filter: This 7" tall 360-degree radial flow air filter features a large 5" flange and our pre-oiled Pro 5R media with five layers of progressively finer cotton gauze media for maximum performance. I bought from Amazon because it had the best price. It is an easy install and a perfect fit. I haven't driving it enough to see if I get increased MPG, but the engine has a little more of a throaty noise since the resonator is removed from the OEM air intake. If there was a horsepower increase, it isn't noticeable, which is what I expected with a possible 19 horsepower increase. The filter is blue oiled, but I purchase a red pre-filter.
