I use it when medicinal patches come loose during hot weather. It has a low allergy level - great where traditional plasters and micropore cause the dreaded itchy rash. If you use medical patches you will know how hot weather and hot baths reduce their adherence and you begin to get that crackling sound when they are coming loose. I have used this film for 24-72 hours each time and it ALWAYS keeps patches in place that would otherwise have come off. This is especially important if you use morphine/analgesia patches because not only are they expensive, but if a patch comes off without your knowledge it's absence will eventually cause dreadful withdrawal symptoms Overall: a fantastic adhesive film which is cost effective and very reliable.
