As a simple HDD enclosure, it's easy to open and install the HDD into, is fairly lightweight and works reliably. My complaint, however, is the build quality and design. The ripple textured design of the surface makes it feel very cheap in the hand and the quality of the plastic doesn't do much to help with that either. The plastic shell feels thin, cheap and brittle and has very little inside to limit vibration and shock. Overall, the HDD enclosure works, but I wouldn't buy another one based on the issues listed above. UPDATE The seller gave me a full refund on the item and promised to address my concerns with the product.
