When we got new phones (and cases) we wanted to be able to use the wireless chargers (Samsung 9 and 9+), So we didn’t want to have the metal plate. Gave these a try and they work effortlessly. They were well designed. Once you use the grabber on the back to attach to your a/c vent, it is simple to place the phone in the holder. The button on the back, at the center bottom position, is easy to access and one push slightly opens the brackets to allow removal. Perfect! Re-install the phone and slightly press the brackets toward the center and it is held in place once again. Removal of the phone does not cause the grabber on the back to come loose from the vent. It also has a gap in the center bottom that allows you to attach your charging cable and not interfere with the holder in any way. Review: great product may block vent - I love the product, works well, holds phone well, easy to use charger. Just in my car the holder blocks 3/4 of the main vent to the driver. In the summer the phone gets very cold from the AC which is not good for the battery.
