It's best to remove the seat from the vehicle, then once you have the seat outside and place on a work bench, then you can start to remove the plastic that is on the side of the seat where the controls for power seat are located. Once you have removed the screws you can pull back on the plastic or the controls are you may need to make a small cut in the cover to allow the controller to be put back in, then you can start removing the seat cover from the bottom. Once you have removed the bottom leather you can move to the back part of the seat the part that comes upwards and your back sits against you'll need to take the headrest out and there's a little screw in there to take the hardware off meaning the little plastic that holds the headrest in remove that and any other plastic that comes around on the seat. Once you have all that plastic stuff removed and it's just the leather cover you can begin to remove that being careful this goes for the bottom piece too not to tear the heated seat wires that are in there if you have them. Unless you have all the top and bottom leather seat covers off and then you can start putting the new ones on the part where the seat belt goes is a little tricky you need to take the plastic cover once you get to start pulling the leather up and you can look in there and you'll see where you can snap together the plastic just unsnap that and the piece will come out the front and the back and at that point you can pull it up. Now if you're asking a question how do you get the seat belt out of that hole and there is a way to disconnect the seat belt on the back side down at the floorboard area you'll probably want to be taking that off using a socket once you take that off you should be able to push the metal piece that the seat belt is hooked to through that where the seat belt goes through in that slot in the seat cover and the seat itself. But like I said in the beginning I'm not sure your question and I'm not the best person to answer this question but it has been my experience to remove the seat belt bolt down there but the floorboard once you take that bolt out you can take the metal piece that the bolt goes through to the floorboard, take the bolt out and just bringing the seat belt and the metal piece up to the seat and remove it and if I remember correctly that has to be taken off before you take the seat out of the truck so that you can get it out.
