Kosher and comfortable way to observe the Mitzvah (commandment) of Tzitzit wearing. Lots of time and effort has been vested in this revolutionary Tzitzis garment. The main objective was to reduce the amount of sweating by changing the fabric type to a 100% cotton just as your everyday undershirt. In addition it was needed to overcome some Halachic (Jewish Law) hurdles to make it possible to combine the Tzitzis with the undershirt so you wear 1 instead of 2 garments. Great choice for all seasons and all ages.

I weigh 210lbs and am 5' 9" but the size 28 was a little big, not so big I had to return them but big enough that I knew a 26 would fit perfectly and when they arrived they fit great. Another thing I like about this brand is that they hold up well to the constant machine washing and they didn't shrink in the dryer more than a tad. In order to not have a bunch of curly fringes hanging off me, I simply get the fringes wet before I put them on and I kinda stretch them out a little and they dry great without being curly, so everyday I put on a clean, comfortable and fresh smelling tzitzis and it makes performing this mitzvah something I love doing. I highly recommend these to those of you that are required to wear them.

A: The size recommended on the Children's Chart for a 12 year old is (7) M(10-12) chest size 26-30". Age 11-13. I'd purchase one and see if it fits, and if it does order more. 

Chest size for L(14-16) is 30-34". After that it gets into Adult sizes. For a Small Adult the chest size is 34-36.
