The rings are very smooth and have good grip even when my hands are sweaty, it's very easy to figure out how to set them up and store them. These rings are perfect if you're familiar with calisthenics and want a challenge, I struggle to even do a push-up or a dip on them. You can engage any muscle in your upper body with these and I'd highly recommend them, the straps are very high quality and even come with a way to store them.
