Review: Keeps my SSD with my MacBook and securely in place - This little guy is great. I hated having to pull my SSD out of storage every time I wanted to back up my MacBook, so I found this and gave it a try. The material feels very durable but also very elastic. I don't know exactly what it is, but it holds my SSD and the data transfer cable securely, and there is no way either one is falling out. I've had it for 8 months now, and it is just as firmly attached to my MacBook's protective case as the day I put it on. It hasn't loosened at all. I've also taken the SSD out and put it back in many times over those 8 months, and the sleeve hasn't lost any of its elasticity. The listing says it comes off without leaving residue, but I haven't removed it yet, so I can't confirm that part. I use a SanDisk Extreme portable SSD that measures 4 inches tall by 2 inches wide, and it fits perfectly with about a finger's width of room to spare. Now my drive is always with my laptop, so I have quick access to it and I don't have to worry about losing it.
Review: Your perfect match for the SANDISK Professional 4TB PRO-G40 SSD - Game changer for laptop life. Even adheres to satin laptop covers which was what I was looking for. The quality of the build is amazing. I have 2, and it is the only way i've been able to mobile dev all sorts of things. Seriously a good buy, and I'd buy again, and recommend to any content nerd that has drives in specifically in the samsung T5/ T7, and SPECIFICALLY the SANDISK Professional 4TB PRO-G40 SSD - which are my highest capacity and hardest working drives (BTW WTF I just checked the price on those things????). Game changing tech to bring your junk with you.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: Can this be mounted if the macbook pro 14" has a protective case on it?**
A: Slipdrive’s 3m adhesive works with most materials! You shouldn’t have an issue!

**Q: Do you make a smaller version of this? I have a Samsung T7 which is much smaller than this**
A: Hi! Slipdrive (Size Small) was designed specifically to fit the Samsung T7. Anything smaller would not fit the T7.

**Q: Is the glue on this item permanent? or is it easy to remove and reuse if needed?**
A: We use 3M adhesive which is reusable and will not leave residue. Note that after applying and removing the Slipdrive multiple times the adhesive will lose its stickyness.

**Q: Will the damage the paint on the Macbook? I find that any adhesive left on for years will always damage the materials.**
A: I've had mine on for just under a year. I peeled it up a little bit and it does not appear to have damaged the finish on my 14" macbook pro.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Perfect for the price

Good quality and nature per solution to a lot of the others out there. The adhesive is absurdly strong, and once connected will not want to be removed so make sure you line it up properly. I will say that if you have any of the larger SSD’s, it will be a little bit difficult to insert them. Good for the price and very us
