When I plugged in the power to charge my 2018 MBP the adapter starts to get very hot, after a couple of hours everything connected to this adapter stops responding. This adapter appears to do something to the MBP or the MBP can't handle the video output, connected devices and power through the same USB type-c. I'm going to keep trying this off and on with different devices connected but as of right now I'm worried this might do permanent damage to my MBP.Update: Seller tried to get me to change my review in exchange for a refund.
