Service *by X***R on Reviewed in the United States on December 29, 2017* I really am glad for this screen protector, I've already dropped my phone three times including on the face. The only damage was two small seemingly air bubbles on the top left of the screen, maybe the stickiness got messed up or something? Idk but the protector didn't crack. Anyway, this is why I bought the screen protector, I'm kinda clumsy and with a device that costs $500 to fix I don't mind spending $8 for premium protection. I really enjoy the fact that it comes with two screen because I know I will possibly be using both. The colors are perfect and the installation has been so easy, usually I have bubbles when installing my screen protector and it's a hassle but not this one. What I do have to say is WATCH OUT FOR DUST. If it gets on the stick side and if you don't properly clean your device before application, you may ruin the protector.When using the screen protector, I have tried to use it with texting gloves and the screen is not always responsive. This is the only drawback I found with the screen protector but it is very minor and the tips of the fingers work when operating with texting gloves.In terms of Customer Service. First of all, I haven't ever had any company as great as Anker's customer service. When I purchased an order, Amazon sent me a literal empty package (I have no idea why or how that even happens). I called Amazon's Customer Service over 5 times in the course of two weeks, where they kept telling me to "wait 1 day" "wait one more day" "wait until the end of the week" until finally they claimed "we shipped the package it is under the USPS's jurisdiction now.", stating there was nothing they can do. Never before have I experienced customer service as terrible...I was upset but I opted to remain as calm as possible because it wasn't the fault of the guy on the phone. Anyway, this is where Anker came in. They contacted me asking how I was enjoying my product and I explained the situation to them. Without asking for verification or proof, they asked me to simply confirm my shipping address and anker themselevs replaced my missing item even though it was Amazon's responsibility. It even arrived in two days, and I don't believe there is such thing as Anker Prime xDAll-in-all, you can't go wrong with Anker and should anything go wrong with your product and Amazon fails to do their job and own up to their own mistake such as packaging and shipping empty air, know that Anker will remedy the situation. Superb products all around, I've tried many, and even better customer support. I accepted, it's always possible to get a fluke. I received the replacement in the mail, took off the old one (with bubbles, slightly cracked from slight nail pressure, etc.) and applied the new one. No problems, no bubbles At All, and no cracks on the side. Definitely think that I got a bad apple, but that these are good products. More importantly, Anker seems like a great company that cares about customer satisfaction and stands behind their product. If Anker sold bubbly screen protectors, they wouldn't have 500+ 5 star reviews and send an unhappy customer a replacement. If Anker sold bad products, they would laugh on their way to the bank. The product for me gets 4 stars just because of the bad apple I did receive, but the customer service gives them an extra star because they will replace bad products.Glad this is a 2 pack because the first screen protector had so many bubbles - not from dust, that I had to lift and try to reapply to get rid of bubbles. This ended up letting dust in, so I decided to just use the second protector, which ended up the same way. The second one had bubbles in the middle and bottom that would not come out until I lifted the glass to release them and put pressure again on it, but this let dust and animal hair in. Animal hair was on the edge of the glass, I lifted it slightly to try to take the hair out with my fingernail, and ended up cracking the edge with the lightest pressure as I lightly dragged a small piece of hair with the edge of a sharp nail. Definitely disappointed that I used both screen protectors and both had the same bubbling problem and that the edge was so easy to crack - the edges seem very raw.I need a screen protector on my phone, so I'm stuck with the second one on even though the edges are all bubbled - the top right edge won't un-bubble since it lifted from there to release an air bubble.I've used a lot of screen protectors on every phone in the past few years, and love them since I'm clumsy, so this wasn't my first rodeo. This was disappointing for sure - I've never had the issue of air bubbles that won't release or move. I've also never seen a tempered glass screen protector crack so easily on the edge. When I open my package I found an elegant looking Black case with gold markings clearly stating what my product is. Upon opening this black case inside I found a nice black envelope made from a thick cardstock material containing all the items you need to install your tempered glass screen protector. The Instruction booklet has nice pictures and clear simple details on how to install my temper glass screen protector, and if that's not good enough they have a YouTube video to show you how. I'm especially impressed with the alignment tool because it appears to be very sturdy and as if it was a piece for a protective case. When my iPhone arrives I will update this review on how easy the actual install isI received my iPhone X and applied the screen protector as soon as I opened it. The alignment tool clipped on perfectly and gave me a great alignment. I followed the video on YouTube to apply the protector making the application of the protector incredibly easy. I did have a tiny bubble in the lower left-hand corner of my screen which was the part that adhered last according to the installation video but it was easily rectified with a hard press of my fingernail pushing it to the outside edge. I have a bubble free protector and the protectors edges extend to the edges of the active screen of the iPhone X allowing a small edge of the bezel to be open for the application of a phone case.
