Review: Powerful stuff - Dang this stuff is powerful! I recommend starting small- maybe like 1/4 to 1/3 dropperful in at least 8 oz of water before meals and assess before increasing. I could feel my digestion kicking up right away!! When I did a higher dose and not in water, everything seemed to be a little too active in my tummy and I had some wild burps which I never do. Also a tiny bit of a heartburn sensation which is abnormal for me. BUT happy to report I think it helps a lot with my slow motility/bad digestion/ constipation. Also the bottle is huge so a great value considering I’m only using a small amount with each meal

Dang this stuff is powerful! I recommend starting small- maybe like 1/4 to 1/3 dropperful in at least 8 oz of water before meals and assess before increasing. I could feel my digestion kicking up right away!! When I did a higher dose and not in water, everything seemed to be a little too active in my tummy and I had some wild burps which I never do. Also a tiny bit of a heartburn sensation which is abnormal for me. BUT happy to report I think it helps a lot with my slow motility/bad digestion/ constipation.
