I purchased it for my Halloween costume. I did a lot of shopping around and read a lot of reviews before landing on this one, and I'm so glad I did. The purple color was a smidge darker than I expected, but I used a white setting powder and that toned down the color quite a bit. I work at an elementary school and a lot of people wore face paint this year and mine was far superior to any that I saw. Everyone else was cakey or patchy, or looked very shiny and wet all day, and they had it all over their clothes. I dressed as Ursula the sea witch (perfect purple) and I had the paint all down on my chest and my shirt was laying right on top of it and none of the paint transferred to it. I wore the paint easily all day with no issues, it felt very natural almost like a foundation would. I do think the setting powder helped tremendously, but this was definitely the base to start with.
