These make my jerky making a whole lot easier when it comes to clean up. Just toss these and then wash and dry your racks and you are through. Do more stuck on mess. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ It's just standard parchment paper, but super easy that it's cut to size. *by A***R on April 25, 2017* I bought these out of sheer laziness. I have rolls of parchment paper but I honestly just didn't feel like cutting it to fit the trays of my Excalibur 3900. These are great, you pull one out, throw it on a tray, dump your food on. I use them a lot when I make yogurt/fruit rollups for my kids. Once the rollup is dried, I cut the whole thing into strips with scissors (food & paper together), roll up the strips and stick a piece of masking tape around.
