Review: Best Sealant on the Market! - I've used at least 20 different types of sealants over many years. I am here to tell you that this one is far superior to anything else on the market. It is indestructible and adheres to the listed surfaces with unbelievable tenacity. I've used it to fill cracks in concrete foundations and patios, both indoors and out Once dry you literally cannot remove it. I live in the northeast. Winters are harsh with wide temperatures variations which cause concrete cracks to expand and contract significantly. I've had no issues with Lexcel failing on concrete even after 15 years. I have also used it to fill cracks in plastered walls since it is paintable. It's the last time you'll need to fill them. Any other paintable sealer will eventually fail in this application. If you don't like doing things twice or more times, this product is for you. For the record, I leave very few reviews on products I use. Sashco has earned this one bigtime.

I've used at least 20 different types of sealants over many years. I am here to tell you that this one is far superior to anything else on the market. It is indestructible and adheres to the listed surfaces with unbelievable tenacity. I've used it to fill cracks in concrete foundations and patios, both indoors and out Once dry you literally cannot remove it. I live in the northeast. Winters are harsh with wide temperatures variations which cause concrete cracks to expand and contract significantly. I've had no issues with Lexcel failing on concrete even after 15 years.
