He's 11, it's not as if the ball has had to withstand professional level volleys. Looking at other reviews this is clearly a manufacturing issue. Save yourself the disappointment and buy a Mitre instead. Would have welcomed the opportunity to return it as it is obviously faulty but could not see any way of contacting the seller.

I know a few friends who have bought this football as well as me. Each of them say the ball deflates slowly and you have to pump it up in between weekly matches, which i have found to be true. I've also seen some reviews across the globe saying the same thing. Poor quality from an expensive ball.
