A: Hi,For the best care machine-wash cold on a gentle cycle, wash separately,tumble dry low,do not bleach, we have washed many times by this way and the towel was great, don't have lint problem.

**Q: What's the GSM amount in this towels?**
A: I do not know the GSM of this towel as it isn’t in the description, but they are nice. If I had to guess they are in the 400 range. Not the beefiest towel I’ve ever had but there is nothing flimsy about it either.

**Q: Are both sides the same or is it plain design on back?**
A: Both sides are the same color, one side is velour and the other side is terry.100% cotton.
