It is really soft as well, no itchy seams. Nice and thick too.

A: Wash and dry on low.

**Q: Do the teeth on the alligator feel rough or uncomfortable since it looks like the teeth will be near the child's face?**
A: We have the shark version and the teeth are more of a felt type material whole the blanket is plush. The teeth are not scratchy at all, the whole thing is nice and cuddly!

A: I do not think it has a zipper I do not have this item, if anything it would be a velcro side to hug the material close to body.
