Upon receiving results consisting of 0% probability, I don't know why I was shocked but I decided to call the number that was listed on the report as it was tested by Endeavor Laboratory and not by Direct DNA Solutions. There name was on the report as well but different number than listed by their company. A very nice woman answered at Endeavor and had much patience while letting know that their lab is the testing lab for alot of dna companies and Direct Solutions is indeed one of them. She also let me know that the samples were tested twice and if there had been any issues at all with the dna, i would have been contacted and would had to have been retested. She answered my questions about the results which were then pretty easy to sum up as we get one number from mother, one number from father. Every single allele tested between the 2 must have matching numbers. Some numbers are more common and you can end up with 10 matching but sorry, all 21 tested alleles have to match to have a winner! Pretty simple. Don't hesitate. Don't wonder. Don't assume.
