I purchased directly from the manufacturer so these issues they are in control of and may trickle to other sellers. My white board came with a dent right smack in the middle. It’s hard to tell if that dent happened during transit or they just shipped it like that, what is for certain is they use very thin cardboard to protect the it. I would be willing to look past that since it is a reversible board but it was also missing pieces and customer support will not send you any replacements.
