Too bad it didn't work on Verizon. I am not a techie by any means...so there is that. BUT, we switched the SIM from the phone we were using on Verizon directly into this phone. The phone "worked" for a few hours (could receive calls, could text but only received responses from select few numbers) then the phone just would not work. Tried using a brand new SIM card, same issue. Called Verizon was told this phone wouldn't work on the network. Now, again, for someone who knows tech better than me---you may be able to figure this out. CLEARLY it would partially work for a bit---so i am sure it's a Verizon thing-not a this phone thing. Working 4G.It's a good phone, it works fine.
