## Description

From the manufacturer AUTO DUAL LOCKING No snapping back - The intelligent Auto Dual lock automatically locks in place ready for measuring and will only retract once you press the release button for a smooth retrieval. MANUAL THUMB LOCK The thumb release allows effortless tape retraction and can be released at any point to stop and hold the blade. This additional thumb lock secures the tape in place for added control when needed. DUAL SIDED TAPE The double-sided blade features metric and imperial markings on top, with metric-only on the underside - ideal for vertical or overhead measurements. This allows clear reading from below without twisting or repositioning the tape. MAGNETIC END TIP The magnetic end hook attaches securely to ferrous metal surfaces like steel frames, window fittings, and ductwork - enabling hands-free, accurate measurements, especially in hard-to-reach or solo working conditions. NYLON COATED BLADE The nylon-coated blade with a 2.8m standout provides added durability and wear resistance, protecting the markings from fading and ensuring long-lasting accuracy. SHOCK RESISTANT DESIGN Tough rubber casing absorbs impacts from drops and knocks, built for site conditions. A rubber-coated casing ensures a firm grip, even in wet or dusty conditions. SLIDING HOOK The sliding hook of the tape allows you to measure both inside and outside accurately. The Hook slides to factor in the thickness of the hook and therefore precisely measure the exact thickness or distance of the material, object or surface. HANDY BELT CLIP The belt hook allow the tape to be attached onto a work belt, tape clip or onto the pocket of your trousers for mobility when not in use.

Review: Solid, Reliable Tapes at a Great Price - Very pleased with this OX Pro Dual Auto Lock Tape twin pack. Both tapes feel solid and well made, with a sturdy casing that can handle being knocked about on site. The auto-lock feature works smoothly and makes measuring much easier, especially when working on your own. The blade markings are clear and easy to read, and the standout is decent for everyday jobs. Retraction is strong without being aggressive, and they feel reliable in the hand. For a twin pack, the price is very good and represents excellent value for money. You’re getting two quality tapes for what you’d often pay for one. Overall, a great buy and I’d happily recommend them.
Review: Really good all rounder, great for price - What a great design at a low price the friction extending the tape means you don't have to fight it to stay out the unit is small enough to fit in one hand comfortabley but the rubber finish means its still grippy. I've had many tape measures cheap and expensive in the past and these were a nice surprise for the price..worth a review, very happy, might try more OX stuff in the future

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Very good tape, Amazon delivery is not that good
*by R***S on 17 November 2025*

The product it’s self is good. We use it for scaffolding however once the muck and grit gets on the tape it stops retracting which is the same as any other tape I have used. Now if there was a tape with a self cleaning method that would be amazing. The tape is good the speed of delivery was good the driver delivering it was rubbish he didn’t even leave his van and threw the package at my door it sounded like someone kicking my door in. At least the parcel was not glass I guess. The product itself self is 5star however Amazon delivered is about 2star as they get it to you in a fashion
