PC is about 30m away via CAT6 cable length (and the cable goes through a few wall patch panels - so 4 separate lengths of CAT6). Picture is great, 4K 60hz, no lag. I use a USB bluetooth dongle and wireless keyboard dongle on the receiver end to connect a controller and keyboard/mouse. Only complaint is that the box gets very hot. Even when there is no signal going through, it stays warm. There is no easy way to turn this off either. It has a screw-in power supply plug, so can't quickly unplug it (and my power socket is buried behind a desk.. )... would be great if there was a simple on-off switch on the device.
