If it has a gearbox with shifter than it would have to be separate from the engine itself most motorcycle gearboxes are built in to the engine thus they're one complete unit so you cannot mate the gearbox to another engine. If the gearbox is its own unit and separate from the engine meaning not built in to the engine than it is possible to use this engine yes. Now if the gearing in your gearbox is too tall the engine will struggle. You can help the engine struggle less by changing to smaller front sprocket or a larger rear sprocket. This should cover your question and any others you might have. If not I will provide any info I can to help further. **Q: What is the black wire coming outa the engine near the spark plug with the connector on it for?** A: It's for a ground or the kill switch.
