Review: HEALTHY and a good price - Avohass organic extra virgin avocado oil is what we use for most of our cooking- you can't taste it and it's perfect for medium to high heat AND it's cold-pressed which makes it super safe at high temperatures. (You can use it on low heat also) We love using this brand of avocado oil- it's the best in our opinion, especially in price. We cook with it all the time. Note: add a pat of butter WITH it, and it will give your fried food a golden brown color. We like using extra virgin olive oil but you can't let the oil smoke or it becomes rancid- that eliminates a lot things we cook. Avocado oil can be cooked with everything with no bad taste. Coconut oil is good, but it adds a coconut flavor to the food.

Avohass organic extra virgin avocado oil is what we use for most of our cooking- you can't taste it and it's perfect for medium to high heat AND it's cold-pressed which makes it super safe at high temperatures. (You can use it on low heat also) We love using this brand of avocado oil- it's the best in our opinion, especially in price. We cook with it all the time. Note: add a pat of butter WITH it, and it will give your fried food a golden brown color. We like using extra virgin olive oil but you can't let the oil smoke or it becomes rancid- that eliminates a lot things we cook. Avocado oil can be cooked with everything with no bad taste. Coconut oil is good, but it adds a coconut flavor to the food.
