The only negative is the face that the Velcro straps are NOT long enough to adjust while wearing, like in the advertised picture. I was hoping it would work that way because it would have been very easy to modify. I had to take it off numerous times to adjust it until I found the proper fit. Also, the product DID NOT come with any instructions on how to properly adjust. First of all, it came kind of crumpled in a plastic bag. No tags, nothing, no name of the product on the bag, nothing, just this piece of jumbled up belts. I had a hard time figuring out how to put it on. When I finally got it on, it did nothing. It didn't help with my posture at all. Then, once I took it off, I could never figure out how to get it on again! It wasn't something I would buy if I saw it in a store.
