It plumps the fine lines under the eyes almost immediately, but it's not really moisturizing. I need to apply the Shiseido Benefiance Eye Cream on top of it after it dries out. Regarding the effects of the retinol and the niacinamide, I'll need to wait at least 3 months to comment on that. Will update the review then, and maybe give an extra star. I can see a pronounced smoothing of fine lines under the eyes, and some improvement of the under eyes bags. So, I am adding 1 star. Still feel that it lacks in the moisturization aspect, but I guess it's good if you wear make up, not my case. No irritation, no burning sensation on the skin or the eyes.
