Studio quality, which was the original idea. Been using a desk mike for about a year which is fine, but I always felt I needed to bend over towards the thing go talk into it otherwise I had to turn the gain up so much that people complained about feedback coming from my speaker (which was BEHIND the mike). This unit - combined with an articulating mount and a PR-40 mike - solved that problem as well as clearing up some desk space. Overall pricey solution, but this isn't necessarily a "cheap" hobby, is it?
