I am an electrical design engineer, so I use quite a lot of this. Great wire, enamel scratches off nicely, solders nicely, not prone to breaking, BUT when I reached for this 4oz spool in my parts kit, one end of the spool had broken off, and I suddenly had this bird's nest pile of 32 gauge wire--yuck! It looked to me like they crammed too much wire on the the spool. I chucked it and reordered the 2oz spool.
