It is super lightweight and surprisingly very sturdy and comfortable. Ordered it to use in Disneyland. Carried my phone, wallet, windbreaker and the most important item; my 32 oz flask of water. Wore it for 12-14 hours and it didn't bother me a bit. It was compact and light enough for easy and quick removal for getting on and off rides which was my second reason for purchasing this type of backpack.
