That being said o don't think it should get stuck or get ripped off going in or out. I usually put mine in a small bank pack and with a little adjustment of the bag when putting my laptop in, it goes on smoothly. I don't think you'd have any issues. The adhesive is very strong for the pouch **Q: Will this attach to the bottom of a fabric chair? I want to have a pocket to hide a back-up drive, so if someone breaks in, they won't find it.** A: Unfortunately, we do not recommend using the pocket to attach a backup drive to the bottom of a fabric chair. The adhesive is designed to work best on hard, clean, and smooth surfaces, and may not adhere properly to soft, matte, leather, or mesh surfaces.
