A: Unopened bags will last 90 days from packed date.  Opened bags will last 30 days when keep in a refrigerator.

**Q: what is the shelf life**
A: Shelf life ????   you have got to be kidding -- as soon as you open this its going to be gone --- its that good !!!!  (not sure about shelf life - sorry)

**Q: Is this product gluten free?**
A: Yes, it is.  We now use gluten free soy sauce.
