Better than expected ### ⭐⭐⭐ It has developed a fault after 5 weeks *by M***R on 21 April 2023* For the first 5 weeks it worked as required, thereafter it began to rise after getting off the unit.Sometimes this would be slowly, so that after returning to use it the unit was at full height, but sometimes it also rises at the speed one gets off it.Having raised it with Amazon who referred it to the supplier I received the following:"This is a normal phenomenon of product operation. When people sit on the stool, certain pressure will be generated, resulting in the gas rod will not rise too quickly. You can properly reduce the pressure placed on the seat, which should not be so slow."This poorly written reply is incorrect all seats with a gas lift piston, the bulk of office computer chairs which use a gas lift piston do not rise spontaneously after getting off them.
