I'm currently looking to see if that's true for each of the varieties. Now, the plain Miraccles noodles are, as another said, sugar free. Not the meals. **Q: are these vegan? I added red chili paste and it was not bad. I don't like the pieces in it. It is hardened tofu or mushroom and it would only be good for apocalypse. I love tofu mushrooms and odd foods from different countries.
