This product has allowed me to get my posture back, as well as sit comfortably at 8-hour day desk job. I bought this product out of desperation after developing immense upper back/shoulder pain from my new-found slouching. It didn't even take a week to know I had made the right choice as the pain had subsided and I was even sleeping better (so more energy for my 8-hour day desk job!).
