Graham cracker crust, thin layer of this lemon curd, a package of softened cream cheese with about a third of the lemon curd in the jar mixed with a splash of milk for the next layer, and topped with a layer of dream whip according to the package directions. Stuffed it in the freezer for an hour or so and my husband said it was the best lemon dessert he ever had. It took me about 5 mins to make.I know this is popular in the UK but until now I never tried anything like this. It's awesome, and so time saving.
