The plastic seam had split and it was pricey to have the panel replaced (which is the professional opinion option) so I got creative. For $12 I got a quick fix that is unnoticeable if you aren’t looking closely. I am quite pleased with the materials as the threading was strong, didn’t fray, and the wax coating made manipulation easier when the thread was going through the plastic. The needles I used were incredibly strong, which was a relief as I was afraid the needle would break trying to get it through tougher plastic material.
