It's normal for the heat press to drop in temperature when pressing, so I made sure the temperature returned to the 356° as recommended, and then counted for another 20 seconds or so. Also, one of the images in the post says not to remove the protective film on both sides at the same time, but to sublimate one side and then remove the coating and sublimate the other side. When I did that, a glue residue remained and I had to work to remove it. You would have to measure with a tape measure of how big to make your circle.
