There are two main pieces to this kit: the bracket to mount the winch to your machine, and the bracket to mount the fairlead to the front of your machine. The fairlead bracket works for a roller fairlead and should work for a hawse fairlead assuming the bolt pattern is the same. All of the hardware that you'll need is also included.
