I've been told silicone lube is much better to use than WD40 or heavy lubes that attract dirt and crud. The product had a slight odor the first day and was gone by the next. The 2 position straw design (that doesn't get lost) is a bonus. I'm going to use it on my accordion hurricane shutters also.

I am impressed! I wish I would have found this product sooner. I have lived in a manufactured home for the past two years. The windows were very difficult to open - so they stayed closed. After spraying the tracks, I can effortlessly open the windows! Wow! Nice to get fresh air in my home.
