If I woke during the night and put my hand on it it was cool to touch. Heats up slightly with body heat but if you move off the bit that is heated up and then move back on to it it will be cool again. Definitely worth the money.

**Q: Which side is which? I’m quite confused as to whether for a cooling affect, the side with the label should or shouldn’t be touching my body.**
A: The shiny side is the cooling side. It is very easy to tell once purchased

This works and is sustainably produced. I bought it during the heat wave or one of them in the UK and it really helped me sleep. If I woke during the night and put my hand on it it was cool to touch. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Pretty good but a little expensive

It does work. There only a couple small problems First one is the price. Its very expensive considering what you are buying. Second is it does keep you cool but not for too long. It will stay cold for 10ish minutes then it'll slowly get warmer but it is still a lot cooler then any other blanket so it's still good. When it gets too warm for me I take it off for 5-10 minutes then it goes back to being cold. I've tried putting I in the fridge or freezer as well to make it really cold and it takes in all the cold. Its pretty amazing. It's comfortable and not much to complain about apart from the price and it doesn't stay cold for too long but it does remain to be cool-ish. It never gets warm
