How long does it take for this to dissipate please?** A: Did you wash the filter very well with water before use? I washed the filter with a running tap for about 5min or more before use and the water taste good. **Q: How do you fit the filter cartridge** A: Hi Lorry... The filter has a sort of bayonet fitting (like a light bulb) underneath and you just twist it into place. The actual fitting of the cartridge starts at a slight angle and once inserted it ends up in line with the spout and the handle. Hope this helps. **Q: Can you use these filters in kettles which require water filters** A: All the Aqua filter is doing is filtering water so why not. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5 Stars Crystal clear water from this stylish jug. *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 5 July 2026* Couldnt give less than 5 stars. Decent size super clear plastic jug that looks like glass that delivers crystal clear water with a great fresh taste, Big bonus is there absolutely no leakage between the water in put holder and the filtered water as happens on so many jugs. The filter is properly sealed meaning all water is properly filtered.
