Glad I did. There is nothing extra loose, even though I have extra space.I'm using this for my 30L bag that has some molle attachements. Fits over all well, and the elastic seems effective!I bought 2, so I could have one for my other half. They both fit good and are as described.The phone case thing is good as well. The 'phone pocket' is kind a laugh as it doesn't fit my phone and it's not touch sensitive but I use it for any paperwork or travel info I don't want to get wet.
