For background, I have SUPER sensitive skin, acne-prone skin. I've also been on Acutane twice. This stuff leaves my skin feeling nice and hydrated. I will most likely never buy a different cleanser again; it's just that good! My only con is that it does an okay job in removing makeup, in my opinion. I would recommend a two-step cleansing routine.

Absolutely love this facial cleanser. It's creamy and hydrating. I don't like foamy facial cleansers as it's so hard to remove all the soap and definitely don't like exfoliating cleansers because those little sand like particles are hard to remove. I normally use the Neutrogena Sensitive Skin creamy wash but decided to try this one. If it is moisturizing, it is very slight. Still definitely need a moisturizer because my face feels dry and taut after washing, but maybe slightly less so than with the other wash. I will say it is extremely gentle! I have atopic dermatitis that flares up if I get most anything near my eye area, except this face wash. I can use it with no concern. For that reason alone, I may stick with this one over the other.
