Has kept me amused for hours. Had a small issue with a limit switch and contacted fox alien customer services who where so helpful, they diagnosed the problem which I replaced the switch from the spare from my delivery, they then sent me a replacement which arrived in a couple of days. Now works perfectly real customer service. Review: Customer service & machine / parts are amazing - Firstly, it’s worth while watching videos etc on making svg files because I had the machine 2 weeks before I even cut something. I mean you could make money with it but so far my projects are all for myself but it’s a fantastic machine. Doing calculations are the best for speeds and feeds but don’t push it to its max if you don’t have to rush projects. Truthfully I found that buying the bigger router motor was a great move. Excellent build quality and performance.
